RMA Procedure

If the return of a product is for credit, even exchange, or trade in, you need to contact your Sales Representative to arrange for proper handling per SIMREX company guidelines. To return a product for service, please fill out the Online RMA Form, in detail, and submit to SIMREX. You will be contacted via email with an RMA number that should be referenced with your return.

The standard service time is 10 business days based on receipt date.

A verbal or written quote will be required for product conversions. Delivery dates will depend on availability of the material and labor required for product conversions.

Please note: It is not necessary to return cables or manuals for product being returned for service.

The product must be properly packed for return to SIMREX Corporation. The original shipping container & packing material should be used whenever possible.

Please note: All warranty will be voided if the product seals have been broken or product has been tampered with or altered by someone besides SIMREX Corporation.

Please make sure to reference the RMA # on the outside of the box and on any correspondence that pertains to the RMA (i.e. Purchase order, packing list). Also, please make sure the "ship to" &"bill to" addresses are on the correspondence sent with the product.

After the service has been completed, the product will be returned via "Ground" service unless another service is requested by the customer.

It is the responsibility of the shipper to pay the freight for product being return to SIMREX Corporation for product servicing.
